The tradition of High Tea goes back to the late 1700's. In those days
in England, breakfast and dinner were the only two meals of the
day. Tea was introduced by The Duchess of Bedford. She
would invite friends to join her at 4 p.m. Other hostesses quickly copied
her idea. Invite your special friends in for Tea and compliment the mood
